Water Aerobics: A low-impact total body work out. A great class for toning the legs, tummy and upper-body while working the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Also good for rehabilitation after injuries and surgery.
Heart Healthy Class: Come to the Y on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons for self-guided, heart-healthy class. You can enjoy light exercise with a friendly group of your peers. Make new friends, get healthy, and have fun!
Forever Fit: Fit for all stages in life! We challenge the individual and engage the group in cardio & weight activities focused on functional fitness. Chairs and weights are offered to all.
Senior Wally Ball: Come join the fun and join the team, socialize and exercise on the Court!
Senior Luncheons: The PRYMCA hosts periodic pot-luck luncheons for seniors in the community. We have guest speakers that come to talk about important issues and on the PRYMCA’s programs and services, but we’ll always have great food and good conversation around the table!
