Nutrition 101

A comprehensive 45 min-1 hour class discussing basic nutritional education. This 6 week class starting May 30 will include discussion on weight loss through nutrition, balancing diet and exercise, macro nutrients, grocery lists, supplements, and more. The class will be taught by Brittany Robinson who is Certified in Advanced Nutrition and is also one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

This class is $30 for members and $45 for non members and will be on Thursdays from 10:00-11:00am.
