MidMaine Tae Kwon Do

MIDMAINE Tae Kwon Do
We are pleased to announce that Mid-Maine Tae Kwon Do is back inside the YMCA. Instructed by Karen & Bill Goodman, both are certified 3rd Dan Black Belt Instructors in Tae Kwon Do, and Aiki Bujutsu Do. Mid-Maine Tae Kwon Do is eclectic in nature, meaning that they incorporate other styles of martial arts into their realistic and street-smart approach to self-defense. Karen has prior experience in Shorin-Ryu, and Bill has trained in Kenpo, as well as Jujitsu. Karen and Bill have trained in the arts for many years. Mid-Maine Tae Kwon Do has been in business since 2003. Karen is a 2nd grade teacher in MSAD #68, and Bill holds an Educational Technician III Certificate from the State of Maine. Both have extensive backgrounds working with children, and within the public setting. Call 564-3073 FMI
